The Artist:

I've been a lifelong artist and crafter, exploring a wide range of creative mediums for as long as I can remember. From basket weaving, ceramics, and porcelain doll making to jewelry design, embroidery, stained glass, home décor sewing, wedding gowns, formal wear, and watercolor painting - the list goes on. In every craft I've pursued, my commitment has always been the same: to produce the highest quality work possible. I’ve taken the time to acquire the proper tools, often designing custom patterns before even beginning production. I fully immerse myself in each new craft, dedicating hours to learning, refining, and, most importantly, practicing until I achieve a level of mastery I can be proud of.

I began leatherworking thanks to a long-standing request from my husband, Mark. For nearly 35 years, he patiently waited for me to make him a “possibles bag” for his forest adventures, hiking, hunting, or simply exploring the outdoors. After decades of asking, I finally made it happen. He received the exact bag he had envisioned, and to my surprise, I discovered a new craft that’s both incredibly fun and deeply rewarding. What started as a personal project quickly turned into a passion.

Over the years, it’s been a true joy to share my skills and the handcrafted items I create with others. With Mark’s support on this project, we’re excited to help you bring that special custom piece you’ve always dreamed of to life. Whether it's a custom design or a timeless classic, we’re here to make it happen for you.

You might be curious about the meaning behind "62 Handcrafted." It’s simple: I was born in 1962, and I pour my heart into handcrafting everything I can. It’s a reflection of both my personal journey and my dedication to quality craftsmanship.
